I had a couple of leaks. Called a few contractors and everyone told me I needed a new roof. These guys told me I just need a few minor repairs and that my roof still had a good 5 years or so left. I am so happy I contacted them. Will certainly use them again!
I had a couple roofers tell me I needed an all new roof due to a leak. Jerry Newman came out and told me there was a couple repairs they could make and then the roof would be good for another 5-7 years. So glad I called them and didn't get the roof replaced.
A storm chaser told me I had hail damage and said that I would qualify for a new roof. I didn't want to use them since they were not local. Called newman's and scheduled for them to be there the same time as my insurance adjuster, over the phone "ok, see you then". They didn't show. So glad I chose to support a local business *he said sarcastically*.
Finialy returned phone call 10 days after I requested them! Never again will I call them for anything!!
Been dealing with Dan at this company since 2012. We moved into our house in 2011 and noticed after our first winter in our new home that shingles were missing. Called and asked for someone to come out and give us a quote for a new roof. Dan went up on the roof and stated that our roof still had a few years and offered to replace the missing shingles. We did this for the next few years and finally this year decided to replace the roof. Got an estimate which was comparable to other companies I called. Warranty was better than others though. They also know that we have wind problems and Dan assured me that if we have any problems to give him a call. Honest, dependable and showed when he said they would. After job was done they checked my yard for nails multiple times. Yard was so clean you never would have known they were there.
