Austin came out this morning because we had water and sewage coming up from the drain in the basement. He snaked out the pipe to the sewer and everything is good to go again. He also fixed the sinks in the bathroom which were clogged with hair. He was very polite and pleasant. This was a big deal because my wife is paralyzed with ALS and if we couldn't get this fixed today she was going to have to be moved to a hospice facility since we couldn't use the bathroom. Thank you very much!!!!
Excellent service. Need a new hot water heater for our less than 12 year old heater was deemed not repairable by the Nicor Home Service Rep. company and their price seemed high to me. I called around and Knoblock Plumbing was out at my home in about 10 minutes from my call to look at what was wrong and got back to me with a quote the same afternoon. They were also willing to install it on Saturday for no extra charge. But we held out for Monday install. His son, Austin did the work and cleaned up the work area like no one was ever there. I needed an invoice that was printed out for a warranty claim. They had no problem doing that for me. I would hire Knobloch Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Fair pricing and friendly excellent service.
This father/son duo came into my home to install an Aquasana Rhino whole home water filter, and a reverse osmosis system to my kitchen dispensers.The job they did was simply amazing. They are kind, patient, and upbeat. They took the time to learn about the products they installed opposed to assuming they knew everything like previously employed plumbers.I will never use another plumber. They are quite simply the best.
We had a water line burst in our bathroom and had water everywhere. Austin got here immediately and had it fixed and replaced in just mins and didnt even charge me. He said we had enough problems to deal with because of all the standing water in our kitchen and basement and didnt need to worry about paying him. I am very thankful!!!
